As a collection of multifunctional spaces designed for focused productivity, collaboration, and social gatherings, Jamaica Yard offers a break from the norm, with considered design features, architectural details, and a flexible approach to membership. We believe our space can only truly be appreciated in person, so we’d be more than happy to arrange a trial day or space visit – and a coffee – just for you.

All products featured in Hive Spaces have been carefully curated with sustainability and the comfort of our members in mind. Jamaica Yard also offers efficient and fast WiFi, monitors and stands for increased productivity, and rolling memberships for your convenience.

Specifically designed to facilitate creativity and collaboration, we offer a collection of spaces that can be used for focused work, social connection, or creative collaboration. Whether you’re local or a visitor to Edinburgh, everybody who enjoys the space is welcome to either join the Yard community through our flexible memberships, or book a day pass or meeting room at your convenience.

With a capacity of sixty standing or twenty seated guests, two licensed bars, and an exterior courtyard, Jamaica Yard is the ideal New Town venue for all manner of private gatherings.
The latest addition to Jamaica Yard is a boutique athletic studio, built with attention to detail, unique design features, and state of the art technology.
Yard Athletic is available for personal training sessions and flexible usage, and it is also where regular fitness classes for Yard members are held. Small but perfectly formed, this space reflects the yard’s ethos – it’s different by design.
