Yard Athletic
A Boutique Studio Experience.
Small but perfectly formed, this space reflects the yard’s ethos – it’s different by design.
Yard Athletic is available for personal training sessions and occasional hire, and it is also where regular fitness classes for Yard members are held.
The latest addition to Jamaica Yard is a boutique athletic studio, built with attention to detail, unique design features, and state of the art technology. With fully adjustable lighting and a Bose sound system, you can set your preferred mood depending on your workout.
Yard Athletic’s minimal yet dynamic design with accent walls, full-length mirrors and large screen sets it apart from the conventional, generic and uninspiring gym atmosphere.

At Evolve, Kat supports clients with evidence-based strength programs and mindset tools that foster long-term wellbeing. Having coached over 100 women, Kat believes true progress comes from knowing when your habits serve you, and when they cross into self-sabotage. We train with purpose, care, and intention.
